Since every paper mill is unique, all our enzymatic technologies are tailor made accordingly with the specific process characteristics in order to maximize their performances. Therefore, a consistent portion of our internal research is finalized in in designing and developing enzymatic technologies perfectly suited for our customers.

To reach the goals in the best way possible, we like to establish strong and genuine technical partnerships. Working in this way has proven to be very effective and highly appreciated by our customers.

Public and private academic partners

Beside our internal applied research, we are also partnering with public and private academic institutes as well as leading paper groups to find novel cutting edge solutions.

Technical solutions

Currently we are actively working on the following technical solutions:

Stickies enzymatic control: we are currently testing this technology with leading paper groups with very good results so far.
Enzymatic biofilm control: through specialty enzymes we can reduce the biofilm growing rate on the paper machine, thus lowering the chemical biocide consumption and improving the machine run ability.
Bisphenols and other organics removal in recycled papermaking: this technology will allow to remove Bisphenols and other organic molecules (such as long chain hydrocarbons, DIPNs and PCPs) right at the moment of paper production extracting them directly from the pulp.
